Earthquake in Tuscany, Italy
At just before 4pm on Friday the 25th of January a moderately-strong earthquake of 4.8 magnitude struck north-central Italy. The epicentre was in the province of Lucca, about 13 miles (30 kms) north of Viareggio, and was most strongly felt in the regions of Tuscany and Emiilia Romagna.

People in Milan skyscrapers and others in the Tuscan capital of Florence, and in Bologna report feeling the quake. It was also felt at Amancara's offices north of Florence. First reports indicate there are no injuries or major damage.
